• 1) Driver’s age:

•  Minimum age limit  of  the driver 18 years old up to 80 cc scooters  and 21 years old for the bigger one .For the big atvs over 125cc minimum 23 years old.For the bigger atvs and bikes (450cc and up )minimum 26 years old ps: tell us your age on resevation

 

•  2) Driving Licence :

•  We only accept a European driving license + uk but not a provisional only a full one
•  The driver must hold a driving licence for a year for the bikes 125cc and up.
•  For the mopeds and the atvs up to 80cc  you just need a AM class    licence for almost all european countries (if in your countrie you can drive moped  up to 50cc with your car license then you can drive here also) for the scooters and the bikes 125cc and more you need the equivalent licence (motorbike licence) A1=125CC A=ALL for the big atvs you need B class licence

 

•  3) Minimum period of rental payment:

•  Everyday: One day is start 9:00 till 19:00.When you rent more than one day then the customer rent (have) the bike 9:00 am and return it on the last day of the rental on 19:00pm .The minimum time of rental payment by the site is two days (FIRST DAY AFTER 8:30 AM AND RETURN AT SECOND DAY AT 19:30

 

•  4) Fines:

•   All fines will be paid by the person who rents the vehicle

 

•  5) Taxes:

•   V.A.T. taxes is include in prices

 

•  6) Gasoline:

•   Is paid by the customer

 

•  7. Damages :

•   Are paid by the customer only if is his fault
• in cases of full insurance policy the only the customer  is paid is the small excees ( self-participation ) of the damages only if is his fault

 

•  8) Security:

•  The clients of motorcycles are insured against third party.
• The insuranse is not cover any damage when the customer is driving the vehicle off-road

 

•  9) Guarantee:

•   Licence, passport,  amount, credit cart

• THE ATVS AND ALL THE VEHICLE OF OUR OFFICE IS NOT FOR OF ROAD USE
• THE ATVS IS ONLY FOR NICE AND COOL RIDE ON ASPHALT ON THE SMALL COUNTRY ROADS OF RHODES.
• THE SMALL ATVS UP TO 80CC IS ALLOWED TO BE DRIVE 20 KM AROUNT OUR BASE TO FALIRAKI (TILL TSAMPICA BEACH AND NORTH OF ISLAND)
• THE BIGGEST ATVS FROM 300CC AND MORE  IS ALLOWED TO BE DRIVE 35 KM AROUNT OUR BASE TO FALIRAKI (TILL LINDOS BEACH AND NORTH OF ISLAND)

Please give attention to all the companies to offer you delivery of any rental vehicle outside of your hotel even when you have made the reservation by your travel agency or any agency also by internet.

The document of the agreement must be given in the topical office of the rental company and only, is the law of the Greek tourist organization. Business without office in faliraki is not allow TO RENT ANY VEHICLE IN AREA OF FALIRAKI

What you have to be attention:

1) The rental company must have office here in faliraki. So you can visit anytime you need

2) The motorbike to they offer you must have a sticker with the brand name of the company (is important, they don’t use stickers so the police cannot recognized them)

3) Check the mobile number on the contract if is ON, the most of times they do not answer when you need them (WE HAVE GIVE A HELP TO THE CLIENTS OF THEM MANY TIMES WHEN THE NEED HELP BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT FIND THE OWNER OF THE SCOOTER)

GET A receipt not only the contract but also a receipt by machine with the brand name on it.

The business to they don’t have minimum this standards is a illegal business without permission to rent a bikes or atvs or scooters .So is obvious they don’t have insurance for you and the vehicles, also they don’t follow the safety standard with the risk to make you a problem also with your private insurance in case of accident .IS BETTER AND MORE SAFE TO DON’T ACCEPT THE DEAL, AND FIND A LEGAL OFFICE NEAR TO YOUR AREA
